what would be the easiest way to append text to posts made using this?

my best case scenario would be a little footer, automatically appended, with some text (eg. "posted using my nifty Moto Q9c", etc.) and a link (i'm thinking to my dashwire profile)...  i doubt i would want to change it often, so, it need not even be something in the wp control panel or particularly easy to do...
i am able to figure things out once pointed in the right direction, so i even thought it might be as simple as altering a wordpress post file/script/whatever so that the text appears in the text box where the post is made and then, if i am posting from a regular computer, it could just be deleted...
but, perhaps a simple change in a wphone file that i could do myself could be done?  or would this sort of thing require a major coding change or otherwise something best handled by the experts?

i will be anxiously checking back for a reply - i'm loving wphone and just trying to bump it to flawless-for-my-purposes status
